This Agreement is effective for all customers of 950 Credit, Inc. (creditrentboost.com)

Authorization to Release Information

To Whom It May Concern:

  1. I have entered into a Customer Agreement with 950 Credit Inc. As part of this Agreement, I authorize 950 Credit Inc. to verify information contained in my rent or utility verification process and in other documents required for reporting throughout the duration of my contract, as part of its quality control program. I further authorize landlords (past and present), property managers, utility providers, and financial institutions to release lease agreements, bills, and payment history to 950 Credit Inc. for verification purposes.
  2. I understand and agree that 950 Credit Inc. reserves the right to change the rental history verification process to require alternative documentation. This may include verifying the information provided on the application with the landlord/property management company and/or the banking financial institution.
  3. 950 Credit Inc. may address this authorization to any party named in the lease, utility provider, or banking institution.
  4. A copy of this authorization may be accepted as an original.

General Customer Certification

By checking the box to sign this Agreement electronically, the Customer (You) certifies and agrees:

  • All documentation and information provided (e.g., lease agreements, bills, account details, payment history) is true, complete, and accurate.
  • No material information has been omitted.
  • I understand it is a federal crime, punishable by fine and/or imprisonment, to knowingly provide false statements during this process.
  • I have reviewed and agree to your Terms and Conditions, as well as acknowledge receipt of your Privacy Policy
  • I agree to electronic delivery of all notices, including potential negative reporting notices, and will maintain a valid email address on file.
  • I understand that 950 Credit, Inc. has no control over any increase in my credit score, and only reports my rent, utility and/or telephone payments to the credit bureaus—the bureaus calculate the resulting credit score.
  • I understand and agree that 950 Credit Inc. reserves the right to change the rental history verification process to require alternative documentation. This may include verifying the information provided on the application with the landlord/property management company and/or the banking financial institution.
  • I certify no duplicate tradeline (account) is being reported to TransUnion, Equifax, or Experian by another data furnisher.
  • If rent obligation is being reported, I confirm it is for my primary residence, and that I do not have an active mortgage or another rent tradeline currently reported. Past rental tradelines are acceptable.
  • I understand that the Credit Bureaus and 950 Credit reserve the right to reject and delete any Payment Obligation which does not meet the requirements of the Credit Bureaus for data reporting.

Rent and Utility Reporting:

  1. Authorization & Consent

If Rent or Utility Reporting has been selected, then the undersigned customer (“Customer”) hereby authorizes 950 Credit, Inc. (“950 Credit”) to act as a third-party reporter for the one or more of the following services:

  • Rent Reporting – Customer authorizes 950 Credit to furnish verified rent payment data to one or more consumer reporting agencies, including but not limited to TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian.
  • Utility Reporting – Customer authorizes 950 Credit to furnish verified utility payment data to TransUnion. Utility payments may include charges for power, gas, water, and telephone services.

Customer expressly consents that:

  • Such information may be furnished to consumer reporting agencies and may appear in their credit report.
  • Late payments, missed payments, or defaults may be reported as negative information.
  • 950 Credit may contact landlords, property managers, utility providers, third party data providers, or financial institutions to verify payment information.

The Customer understands that they may revoke consent at any time by emailing support@creditrentboost.com, calling 480.360.6736 during normal phone support hours, or messaging through their customer portal. Upon revocation, 950 Credit will cease reporting and close the tradeline(s) with the bureaus.

  1. Identity Verification
  • 950 Credit will authenticate Customer’s identity using commercially acceptable methods prior to furnishing any data.
  • Customer agrees to provide accurate identifying information, including full name, date of birth, Social Security number, government-issued ID, and address.
  1. Data Sources

950 Credit may collect payment data from the following sources (“Data Sources”):

  • Online Accounts – such as property management portals, utility/telco company portals.
  • Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA) – bank accounts where recurring payments are made.

Landlord or Property Management Company – may get payment data from the landlord or PMC when verifying rent payments.

950 Credit will:

  • Confirm legitimacy of each Data Source,
  • Match Customer’s authenticated name and address, and
  • Ensure payment type aligns with the Data Source (e.g., rent from landlord portal, utility payments from utility provider).
  1. Payment Obligations Reported

Customer may direct 950 Credit to report up to five (5) current obligations:

  • One rent payment (for primary residence only),
  • One telco/phone provider payment,
  • Up to three utilities (gas, power, water).

In addition to the five obligations, if available, 950 Credit may report up to 24 months of past payment history for validated obligations.

950 Credit may request additional documentation (lease, utility/telco bills, or proof of recurring payments).

  1. Subscription, Cancellation & Disputes
  • Customer may cancel at any time via email, phone call, or portal message.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.
  • If there is a dispute regarding your payment of fees, or the Service, 950 Credit Inc. shall have the right to terminate and/or delete your account without prior notice.
  • To reinstate the disputed account, the total disputed amount plus a dispute fee of $15.00 per dispute will need to be collected prior to reactivating/reinstating the account.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, if you purchase a monthly (or other periodic) membership, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge each month.
  1. Fairness Guarantee / Refund Policy
  • General Rule: All fees paid to 950 Credit, Inc. (Credit Rent Boost, “CRB”) for rent and/or utility reporting and credit monitoring are nonrefundable once reporting has commenced or once the customer’s account setup has been completed

 

  • Plaid Connectivity Exception: If CRB verifies that the customer’s financial institution is not supported by Plaid, the customer will receive a full refund of all fees paid, provided the refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of enrollment.

 

  • Customer Error / Incomplete Enrollment: If rent or utility enrollment is not completed due to customer error (including but not limited to: failure to use the enrolled bank account for rent or utility payments, use of a roommate’s or spouse’s account, or failure to provide accurate documentation), CRB will issue a refund minus a $9.00 processing fee, provided the refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of enrollment.

 

  • Change of Mind: Customers who voluntarily cancel or fail to complete enrollment for reasons other than Plaid connectivity will be subject to the $9.00 processing fee, provided the refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of enrollment.

 

  • 30-Day Limit: Any refund request made after thirty (30) days from enrollment will be denied, regardless of reason, including Plaid connectivity.

 

  • Non-Refundable Once Reporting or Completion Occurs: Once CRB has initiated rent or utility reporting to any credit bureau, or once the customer’s account setup has been completed, all fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Refund Request Submission Requirement: All refund requests must be submitted exclusively through the Message Center in the customer portal.

 

  • $6.95 Monthly Subscription Clarification: If a customer’s total enrollment consists solely of the $6.95 ongoing monthly subscription, and they elect to cancel, no refund will be issued. However, CRB will also not charge the $9.00 processing fee in such cases.


  • Competitive Positioning: CRB offers limited refunds under clear conditions, unlike most competitors who provide no refunds at all.


No Other Exceptions: No other refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

  1. Recordkeeping & Compliance

950 Credit will maintain for five (5) years after termination:

  • This Agreement and Customer’s consent,
  • Verification of Customer’s identity,
  • Verification of Data Sources,
  • Verification of payment obligations and non-duplication,
  • Proof of current and historical payments.

Such records may be shared with TransUnion, Equifax, or Experian upon request.

You can adjust your credit products plan at any time to access additional benefits by clicking the ‘Review/Change Credit Monitoring Plan’ tile in the credit dashboard found in your customer portal. If you choose to make any changes, the new plan’s cost will be charged immediately. Please note that refunds—whether partial or full—are not available for your current plan, regardless of when you enrolled.

2. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the information outlined above and to the following Permissible Purpose statement and Payment Information.

  • I understand 950 Credit, Inc. (Credit Rent Boost) is utilizing Stitch Credit (Credit Reporting Services, Inc.) as a third party and that Stitch Credit will be providing the credit services to me.

 

  • I authorize 950 Credit, Inc. (Credit Rent Boost) and the third-party service provider Stitch Credit to obtain my credit report and/or credit score(s), on a recurring basis in order to provide them to me for review. I understand I may withdraw this authorization at any time by contacting you.
