950 Credit, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect from you through the websites located at http://www.creditrentboost.com and http://950credit.com (collectively and individually referred to herein as, “Website”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to Company’s collection, use, storage, deletion and disclosure of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Information We Collect; Publicly Available Information
We may collect personally identifiable information. Such personally identifiable information may be collected when voluntarily submitted to us by you through your access to the Website, filling out a form on the Website, beginning to fill out a form even if the form is not completed on the Website, and/or opening an account. The types of information that may be collected include your name, mailing address, social security number, date of birth, drivers license information, email address, phone number, landlord or property management company information, and other financial and non-financial information for verification purposes. We may also collect your Website usage information, including, the materials that you access on the Website, cookies, IP address, and messages from you to the Company. We may also collect your personally identifiable information from others, such as landlords, property management companies, affiliates or other companies.
Payment, bank and lease information. When you ask us to report a payment obligation, we also collect the information needed to verify it: your lease or rental agreement and related documents, your rent amount and due date, your utility or telecommunications account numbers and provider names, and – if you choose bank verification – the bank account and transaction information described under “Collection of Information from a Financial Data Aggregator” below.
When purchasing the Services, you will also be required to provide a credit card number, billing address, phone number and other payment information. Financial information is submitted through a payment gateway provided by a payment processor; we may use Stripe, Authorize.Net or any other payment processor of 950 Credit’s choosing, and payment information is secured in transit by a Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) communication protocol. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to the payment processor, which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorizing payment. Information which you supply to the payment processor is not within our control and is subject to that processor’s own privacy policy and terms and conditions.
We may record information about your usage, such as when you use the Site and the pages you review on the Site. We may automatically collect information from you each time you visit the Site. This includes technical information, information about your visit, and information about your activity on our Site such as courses searched and viewed, page response times, download errors, length of visit to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouseovers), methods to browse to and away from a page, and methods used to contact our support team.
How We Collect Information
Direct Collection of Information from You. We collect information when you interact with our services team or when you request and purchase services from our Site.
Collection of Information from Our Partners. We have relationships with various strategic partners that offer rent reporting services to their customers and subcontract the services to us. If you signed up for rent reporting through one of our partners, we may collect the personally identifiable information that you provided to our partner directly from them in order to provide the Services. Such information includes some or all of the information required to perform our Services and report rent payments to credit bureaus.
Collection of Information from a Financial Data Aggregator. If you authorize us to verify your payments from a bank account, we use a third-party financial data aggregator such as Plaid to connect to the financial institution you select and to obtain your account and transaction information. You provide your login credentials directly to the aggregator; we do not receive or store them. We receive from the aggregator the account details and transaction records needed to identify and verify your rent, utility or telecommunications payments.
Collection of Information from Landlords, Providers and Data Services. To verify the payments you ask us to report, we may collect information from your landlord or property manager, from your utility or telecommunications provider, from online account portals you authorize us to access on your behalf, and from third-party data providers and financial institutions.
Cookies. In addition to collecting information directly from you through forms that you may submit, or from others, including your landlord or property manager, we may collect information using certain technology. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser that enables the sites or service providers’ systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time.
We use the following types of cookies:
Strictly Necessary Cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of the Site and under our terms with you. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of the Site, use a shopping cart or make use of e-billing services.
Analytical/Performance Cookies. They allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the Site. This helps us improve the way the Site works.
Functionality Cookies. These are used to recognize you when you return to the Site. This enables us, subject to your choices and preferences, to personalize our content and remember your preferences.

Web Beacons. Web beacons (a.k.a. clear gifs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, which are used on our website to track online movements of web users and compile aggregated statistics to analyze how our site is used and may be used, in our services, or in our emails. Our use of Web beacons also includes to count visits and to tell if an email has been opened and acted upon. We do not link the information gathered from web beacons to any personally identifiable information.
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exist pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this data to personally identifiable information.
You have a variety of tools to control cookies, web beacons and similar technologies, including browser controls to block and delete cookies and controls from some third-party analytics service providers to opt out of data collection through web beacons and similar technologies.
Social Media Widgets. Our Site includes Social Media Features (“Features”), such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Twitter button, Share This button, or other interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
Data from Third Parties. We also collect information we receive about you from third parties that we work closely with to provide, promote, and improve our services. These third parties include business partners, vendors who assist in technical and payment services, advertising networks, analytics providers, and search information providers.
Use of Information for Business Purposes
To Provide Services to You. When you request our services, we will ask for your personally identifiable information to verify your identity and open a rent reporting account for you. We will request your property address and rent amount, your landlord information, your social security number, date of birth, drivers license information, an email address and your phone number. We will utilize your personally identifiable information to report your information to third party credit bureaus; and we may use your information to obtain your credit score and excerpts of your credit report before and after the initial reporting of your rental history to credit bureaus.
To Furnish Consumer Permissioned Data. When you authorize it, we use your payment information to furnish your rent, utility or telecommunications payment history to consumer reporting agencies as your consumer permissioned data, and to keep the records a furnisher of that data is required to keep. We furnish this data only for the payment obligations you have authorized, only while your authorization is in effect, and only as described in Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions. We also use your payment and account information to provide it to you for your own review and to present financial insights to you based upon your data.
To Communicate with You. Company may collect and use personally identifiable information to inform you about new products or services offered by the Company, or to improve and develop products or services. We may collect and use personally identifiable information to investigate any alleged violation of the Website’s Terms.
For our Business, Technology and Marketing Improvements. We also use your personal information together with other personally non-identifiable information to help us better understand our users, to personalize and improve your experience with our Site, and to improve the content and functionality of our Site. This may include providing information about our goods and services that we feel may interest you and enhance your interaction with our Site. We will communicate with you about these goods and services via email, direct mail, telephone, or on our Site. These communications may include newsletters, promotional emails, product updates, or market research requests. You have the right to opt out of such communications. Additionally, we may use your personally identifiable information to market our affiliates’ (companies related by common ownership or control) products and services to you. However we will not share your credit-worthiness for these purposes. We may use your IP address and other information collected from you to help diagnose problems with our server(s), create new functionality and to improve and administer the Website.
To Meet our Legal Obligations. We may need to share your information with law enforcement or government agencies in response to a subpoena, state and/or federal audit or as otherwise required by law.
For Our Business Succession Planning. In the event that we sell all or part of our company or assets or enter into a merger, we reserve the right to include personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information among assets transferred to the acquiring or surviving company.
Sharing Information with Credit Bureaus and Verification Sources. We share your information with the consumer reporting agencies to which you authorize us to report – currently TransUnion, Equifax and Experian – and with the credit monitoring provider that supplies the credit report and score shown in your customer portal. We also share the information necessary to verify your payments with your landlord or property manager, your utility or telecommunications provider, third-party data providers and financial institutions.
Sharing Information with External Companies and Affiliates. We may share your personally identifiable information with vendors or service providers that we engage for the purpose of processing information in connection with rendering the Services, or that otherwise assist us in delivering the Services. For example, our service providers may assist in designing or operating certain aspects of our Services, help us research and test improvements to our Services, perform analytics and market our Services. We may share your personally identifiable information with our strategic partners that subcontract with us to provide the Services.
Other Sharing of Information. We may provide non-personally identifiable information about our customers’ sales, Website traffic patterns and related Website information to third party advertisers.
No Sale of Your Information. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to non-affiliate third parties for the purpose of such third parties’ sending unsolicited offers or advertisements.
Revoking Your Reporting Authorization. If you enrolled in the Services yourself and the payments we report are verified through your bank account, that reporting is consumer permissioned data: it is furnished only because you authorized it, and you may withdraw that authorization at any time, for any reason and at no cost, by sending a message through your customer portal, by emailing support@creditrentboost.com, or by calling 844-950-7368 during published phone support hours. Because reporting your payments is the service you purchased, we treat a withdrawal of your authorization as a request to cancel your subscription: we will cancel your subscription and stop furnishing new data for the affected payment obligation no later than the next scheduled reporting cycle. We do not continue to bill you for reporting we have stopped.
This right to withdraw your authorization does not apply where your payment history is reported other than as consumer permissioned data. If your landlord or property management company enrolled your property or your unit, your payment history is reported under their agreement with us and at their direction, and you cannot stop that reporting on your own; those requests must be made to your landlord or property manager, and we will stop furnishing when they instruct us to or when their agreement with us ends. If you elected to have your landlord or property manager verify payments you make in cash or by another method that does not run through your bank account, reporting is part of that verification arrangement and cannot be turned off on its own; you would cancel the Services, which ends reporting going forward.
Separately, and whichever way you enrolled, you may at any time revoke the permission you gave a financial data aggregator to share your bank account information with us, either through us or directly with the aggregator; we will then no longer receive new transaction data. Ending reporting does not remove data already furnished to a consumer reporting agency, and ending reporting may affect your credit history.
How Long We Keep Your Information. We keep the information we collect for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet our legal obligations. Because we act as a furnisher of consumer permissioned data, we are required to retain the payment records and authorizations supporting what we furnish, and the documentation of any dispute, for at least five years, and we retain them even after you revoke your authorization or cancel your subscription.
Privacy Policies of Third Parties
When you sign up for Services through our Website, keep in mind that you may be interacting with a third party that operates under its own privacy and security policies. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses our use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Other sites accessible through our Website, and companies to whom your information is transferred (i.e. your landlord(s) and credit bureaus), have their own privacy policies and data collection, use and disclosure practices. Please consult each site’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. Additionally, other companies that place advertising on our site may collect information about you when you view or click on their advertising through the use of cookies. We cannot control this collection of information. You should contact these advertisers directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect. You should also be aware that unsubscribing from us will not automatically unsubscribe you from third parties.
Review, Change or Correct Your Information
In accordance with applicable privacy law, and except as otherwise provided by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and if you have not subscribed to our services, you have the following rights in respect of your personal information that we hold:
Right of Access and Portability. The right to obtain access to your personal information along with certain information, and to receive that personal information in a commonly used format and to have it ported to another data controller.
Right to Rectification. The right to obtain rectification of your personal information without undue delay where that personal information is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to Erasure. The right to obtain the erasure of your personal information without undue delay in certain circumstances, such as where the personal information is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or processed.
Right to Restriction. The right to obtain the restriction of the processing undertaken by us on your personal information in certain circumstances, such as where the accuracy of the personal information is contested by you, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of that personal information.
Right to Object. The right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal information, and to object to processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes, to the extent it is related to such direct marketing.
If you subscribe to our services, you should be aware that we are required by law to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which significantly limits your right to change, erase, restrict or object to the information or data we possess and report to applicable credit bureaus. If you believe any data is inaccurate you must dispute the affected item directly with the credit bureau.
You have the right to request that we do not process your personally identifiable information for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by using the “Unsubscribe” link found in our emails or by contacting us at 844-950-7368 or support@creditrentboost.com. Please note that we may not include the opt-out information in e-mails that are transactional in nature and are not marketing communications.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, California law permits you to request certain information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by us to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please use the contact information above.
If you are a California Resident, over the preceding 12 months we disclosed certain categories of California residents’ personally identifiable information in accordance with the above. We do not, and in the preceding 12 months did not, sell California residents’ personal information for monetary consideration. We do use advertising and analytics cookies and tags on our website as described under “Advertising, Analytics and ‘Sale’ of Personal Data,” which California law may treat as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you may opt out of that sharing at any time using the methods described in that section. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
Sensitive Personal Information. Some of the information we collect – your Social Security number, driver’s license information and financial account and login-derived account information – is treated as sensitive personal information under California law. We collect and use it only to verify your identity, to provide the Services you request, to furnish the data you authorize us to furnish, and for the other purposes permitted by law without a right to limit. We do not sell or share sensitive personal information, and we do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics about you.
If you have not subscribed to our services, you may exercise your rights via telephone or email. If you subscribe to our services and believe any data is inaccurate you must dispute the affected item directly with the credit bureau.
Your Privacy Rights in Other States. If you live in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; receive your data in a portable format; and opt out of the sale of your personal data, of targeted advertising, and of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Where your state requires your consent before we process sensitive data, we rely on the authorization you give us when you enroll and you may withdraw it as described in “Revoking Your Reporting Authorization.” To exercise any of these rights, email support@creditrentboost.com, call 844-950-7368, or send a message through your customer portal. We will verify your identity before responding. Advertising, Analytics and “Sale” of Personal Data. We do not sell your personal data for money. We do use cookies, tags and similar technologies from advertising and analytics providers on our website – including Google and other advertising and social media platforms – to measure how our website performs and to show our own ads to people who may be interested in the Services. Depending on the state you live in, that activity may be considered “targeted advertising” or a “sale” of personal information under your state’s privacy law, and you may ask us to stop it. We do not use the payment, bank, lease or identity information you give us to enroll in the Services for advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. Information Governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Most state privacy laws do not apply to information that is collected, used or furnished under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Because we act as a furnisher of consumer permissioned data, the payment information you authorize us to report – and the records we are required to keep about it – is governed by the FCRA rather than by state deletion or correction rights. Accuracy of information already furnished must be raised through the dispute process described in our Terms and Conditions or directly with the consumer reporting agency, and records we must retain as a furnisher are not deleted on request.
Third-Party Websites
The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of any third-party websites that are linked to the Site. The Site may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by us. The policies and procedures described here do not apply to web sites or other services that we do not operate or control. These links from our Site do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed those web sites or other services. We encourage you to read their respective privacy policies prior to providing any personal information at or to such sites.
Changes in Privacy Policy

The information that we collect is stored in our database, which is secured through password authentication. Your information may be stored on our servers and also on servers of companies that we hire to provide services. In each case, information may be stored in the United States and in other countries where we operate, and in countries where our respective service providers operate. As a result, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet that our beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Website cannot be guaranteed and we shall have no liability to you or any third party for loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration of such information; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.
