The undersigned hereby certifies the following
01) I have agreed to allow 950 Credit LLC to act as a third party reporter between myself, as landlord, and the tenants named above
02) I will provide any required documentation containing various information for the purpose of credit reporting.
03) I certify the tenants have not been 30 days or more delinquent with any rent payment. If the tenants have been 30 days or more delinquent, I will email info@CreditRentBoost.com the payment history.
04) I certify that all of the information is true and complete. I made no misrepresentations in the documentation provided nor did I omit any pertinent information.
05) I understand and agree that 950 Credit LLC reserves the right to change the terms requested in verifying rental payment history according to what the bureaus require to satisfy their rating system. This may include verifying the information provided with the banking institution used to pay rent.
06) I fully understand that it is a Federal crime punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, to knowingly make any false statements when participating in this reporting process under the Federal law.
07) If also requesting Expedited Service, I understand that:

- The account will be reported to TransUnion within 48 business hours of receiving all required documents. TransUnion will have the new tradeline active within 48 business hours of receiving it.
- Expedited Service accounts do not qualify for refunds for any reason.
