If you have an individual landlord we need them to please submit a copy of their photo id and proof they own the home. Most landlords email us a copy of a property tax assessment or a page from their homeowner’s insurance policy. In addition, for quicker service, your landlord can also email us – stating you have been current on your rent payments!
