Just got off the phone with Miguel obviously one of the best customer service reps over at 950! This is actually my second time using this service with this company and earlier today I thought we were going to have an issue with being verified with my landlord but not only did Miguel fix the issue and reassure me everything was good an on track but he took the time to reach out over the phone instead of continuing through the email! Which I appreciated greatly as when you are reading something the sentiment can be completely different then being on the phone speaking to a human. I give this company 5 stars they are honest and their reporting service is efficient an on a timely manner. And again the reps are great. I’m very impressed and will continue to tell my friends an family to use the service as well
