These guys are phenomenal to work with. I got them all the information that I had and even though I was busy and had trouble getting them the final information, they took the initiative to reach out to my landlord and get everything they needed. The process was very quick and easy, not to mention very affordable compared to other options out there. I saw my credit score increase by 36 points in the first week and another 22 the next month. Take advantage of the past and current rating for the best results! Totally worth it, Andy, Elsa, Gregg, and their entire staff are just a breeze to work with. They’ll do everything they can do help and work with you. The biggest no-brainer in the world was signing up for this service.

What a great concept about allowing good renters to be rewarded (finally!!!) with their timely rent payments. I am a rental property owner with several tenants, some who are young college students and just starting out with building their credit. This program can help them tremendously and teach them that being responsible has financial benefits as well as building good character. Bravo. Wish I would have had this opportunity when I was starting out.

These guys are amazing, I am a college student that is raising my credit score by living in the dorms. This is a service that I couldn’t find anywhere else and was able to work with Andy, Elsa, and a few other members and they made it so I was able to understand everything. I can’t recommend these guys enough and I am truly impressed that they are starting to work with universities. I cant recommend these guys enough.

This is a great idea for both owners and tenants. Tenants can now accelerate building their credit by utilizing their rent payment which is usually a sizable chunk of their monthly overhead. Being an owner, this benefits me by having tenants who are more motivated now to keep their payments current and on time. Win-win for both parties.
