This is a great idea for both owners and tenants. Tenants can now accelerate building their credit by utilizing their rent payment which is usually a sizable chunk of their monthly overhead. Being an owner, this benefits me by having tenants who are more motivated now to keep their payments current and on time. Win-win for both parties.
