It was so quick and easy! I had asked several question on their chat feature when looking and researching my best options. Then I uploaded all the documents that were required, once I had gathered them all. The next day I was already getting a phone call saying that they were getting it taken care of and asked if I want to expedite the report. Just like that in two days time, my renters would have updated credit report for the past 24 months of good payment history! Very please with service, it was courteous, knowledgeable, & professional.
