So the representative I spoke with name was ****** He addressed my concern immediately and resolved the issue before we ended our conversation. He actually went above and beyond to address my concern again being that they had already did it the day prior but hadn’t got a response from the rental office so kudos for that. I’m definitely going to be referring these guys new customer
